As one of our trustee’s term expires, there will be one seat on the library board open for election this year. The seat is for a three-year term to be a voice on the library board and help guide our library. If you or anyone you know is interested in running for this seat, we have everything you need!
In order to get onto the ballot as a candidate for the open seat, you must submit a Nominating Petition containing the signature of at least 25 qualified voters from the Hadley-Luzerne Central School District to the Clerk of the Hadley-Luzerne Central School District no later than April 20, 2026. The Nominating Petition can be downloaded here, found at the bottom of this page, or you can pick up a hard copy at the library front desk.
