Library Program Coordinator (Part-Time)

Rockwell Falls Public Library is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded
Part-Time Library Program Coordinator to join our team. This position reports to the Library
Manager and plays a key role in creating engaging programs for patrons of all ages.
Hours & Pay
● 25 hours per week
● $18.50 per hour
● Must be available for evenings and Saturdays
Position Summary
This part-time position, available beginning March 24, 2026, is ideal for someone with a strong
commitment to public service who enjoys working with children, teens, and families. The
Program Coordinator will plan, implement, and oversee library programming for children
(typically ages 0–12) and teens (ages 13–21), serving patrons from diverse backgrounds and
abilities. The position will also assist with adult and family programming as needed.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, coordinate, and present engaging programs for children and teens
● Assist with planning and implementing adult and family programs
● Support inclusive programming that reflects the needs and interests of the community
● Work collaboratively with library staff to promote programs and services
● Provide excellent public service to library patrons
